Ear Wax Poetic

One of my coworkers thought I got botox over lunch today. Walking across the parking lot, I had made a comment about the weather: "I thought it was cooler but it's hot today," which he somehow interpreted as "I got botox today." He didn't bother to clear this up with me until later in the day.

I'm not sure how he heard "botox," and I keep thinking there are clearly other misinterpretations that make more sense, including but not limited to "My cooter is hot today."
